Shipping is handled through ShipStation, and you can choose your shipping method from the standard companies with their usual policies. Insurance is always a good idea! If something is damaged when it arrives, please take pictures of the damage.
Returns are no problem at all. If a piece is the wrong color, not what you expected, or whatever the reason, you can send it back. Ship a piece back within 7 days for a full refund. (Buyer assumes all shipping charges.) Please insure the piece for the full amount on return shipping just in case it’s damaged.
Art shipping companies are the most secure and safest way to transport delicate works. If you are not confident in UPS or FedEx, consider requesting that your piece be shipped by an art shipping company (via email). Some large items may require shipping by an art shipping company.
Many items are large and may require freight shipping. I’ve noted that on the product page when possible.
